Just watched the post game presser with Josh. Sounded more like a coach than a player-he really gets it.

The pre-taped interview they had with him during halftime was the same. I was very impressed.

We are lucky to have him. He had portal offers from some P5 programs and somehow gravitated toward Frank. Beagle was supposed to be a good challenge for Josh and he made him look like a Chihuahua.

Felt the same way with his answers and his demeanor. Even yucking it up with the student reporters after.

After playing what, five games in a UMass jersey, I'm not sure how anyone can make any comparison between Cohen and Mr. Julius. It's not like he did this work during his time here.

During the game Saturday when Frank was in one of his screaming tirades and Josh was in his crosshairs. As soon as Frank stopped screaming at him Josh looked at hm and said - "Yes Sir"

It's not just Josh. Jayden got yelled at (that doesn't happen very often) and said something like, "yeah I realize that now". This team is full of guys that play extremely hard and accept coaching, even if means getting screamed at. I can't 100% say everyone is totally on board with getting yelled at, but I have yet to see anyone sulk.

Cross, Thompson and Diggins have experienced it. If they didn't like it, they would have left like the other (mostly) bums did. They accept it. All the new guys shouldn't be blind to the fact that this is his coaching style (Davis even came out and defended him and said this is what he wanted) since they are all his recruits. As long as he doesn't become Mike Rice or Bob Knight, I think we should be OK.
