Two.
The sky is not falling after all and we can compete with P5s for recruits. Better luck next time Iowa.
Welcome to UMass Josh Cohen!

Huge addition. I think he is perfect for how Frank wants to play offensively. And it limits how much we need from Wildens "No Knees" Leveque.

Well ya know, we have a secret top hedge fund guy. Hedge funds don't exist in Iowa.Sheck wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 11:14 am Two.

Welcome to UMass Josh Cohen!
But seriously, after the recent departures this is HUGE! I think that Josh Cohen will make an impact at UMass no doubt about it. Excited for the new crew coming in.
Re: KAEO Josh Cohen
Judging in his stats alone, he’ll probably be our best player next year. Look at his game log from this season:
https://www.espn.com/mens-college-baske ... josh-cohen
21 & 7 vs the Bonnies
18 & 10 vs OSU
18 & 7 vs Butler
40 & 9 vs Hawaii
30 & 9 vs Miami
Etc etc.
All on efficient shooting & being the focus of the opponents’ defense. Very impressive.

Re: KAEO Josh Cohen
Based on the stats, I'm loving this. Looks like he's going to be a great presence inside - good FG%, good rebounding numbers. Blocks a shot occasionally. 2.5apg, that's really good for a big guy. Looks like he gets to the line a lot, wish he shot over 70% there, but I bet he's a hard worker who can get there.

Kind of an unnecessary stray for Wildens to catch hereUpstate10 wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 11:15 am ^ Two years left.

Re: KAEO Josh Cohen
Just a joke given the double knee surgeries he just underwent. I am actually really happy he is coming back but it is very important that we don't have to reeaaally rely on him being healthy the entire season.natwam2547 wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 12:03 pmKind of an unnecessary stray for Wildens to catch hereUpstate10 wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 11:15 am ^ Two years left.

That is a very good center tandem for the A10.

This is a great get. Right type of kid who produces. Haven't offset the loses yet, but this is definitely a big step in the right direction!

Stats be damned, does this guy fit the Frank Martin style of play? I say yes. Welcome aboard Josh!

A really good get!!
Re: KAEO Josh Cohen
A great stat for a center, his assist to T/O ratio is 1.5 to 1. Love a big who can pass and doesn't turn it over. Seems like Frank's kind of player.Plano Minuteman wrote: Thu Apr 06, 2023 11:59 am Based on the stats, I'm loving this.
