Agree with this. This season will be the biggest tease ever. With 4 very tough games coming its not looking good for us. It's looking more and more like they're not going to make the tournament. If Kellogg can keep his job after this epic collapse, then UMass will continue to be an irrelevant program that is content with mediocrity.
The DK apologist dialogue is as follows: Travis Ford left him nothing to work with. He needed time to rebuild the program. In his first four years he made consistent progress. Last year they nearly made the tournament. The fact that they've blown second half leads to Butler and VCU was not his fault. It was the player's fault. It's not his fault this year that his players play unmotivated basketball.
According to this ideology, he will literally never do anything to get fired.
