2021-22 Sophomore year
- Played in 25 of the season's 32 games, all off the bench.
- Minutes per game were down 21% from the year before, points per game down 34%. Total FG% was about the same.
- Limited production early in the season. Four points in each of the first two games. Dressed but did not play against Penn State (11/15). May have had a slight concussion at one point.8) Played in two of the three Jersey Mike's games in Florida, did not score.
- Came back with a good game against UMass-Lowell (11/24), with 18 points (season high), 5 boards, 4 assists. Got 30 minutes of playing time as Noah Fernandes sat out.
- Time went down again as Noah came back for Rutgers (11/27). Played 11 minutes and scored 2 points.
- Saw no action in Games 9-11 (Harvard 12/4 - North Texas 12/11). Coach McCall revealed on 12/7 that Garcia needed to focus on academics.9)
- Returned for Fairfield (12/19), playing 34 minutes, scoring 13, snaring 3 rebounds, and stealing 4.
- Sat out under COVID protocols for the Richmond (1/5) and Duquesne (1/8) games.
- Returned for the Davidson (1/11) game and played in every one after that, getting double-figure minutes in each.
- Scored in double-figures in four straight games, SLU (1/20) through George Mason (1/30), averaging 13.3 points. Pulled down a career high 6 rebounds in the Mason game.
- Averaged just 5.6 points down the stretch, but scored 13 against Dayton on 3/11 to close out the season, and ultimately his tenure with the Minutemen.
2020-21 Freshman year
- Played in all 15 games in the Coronavirus-shortened season. Started 10 games.
- Averaged 10.4 points per game, often at the shooting guard position. Scored in double-figures seven times.
- Several stat categories were among the best of Atlantic 10 freshmen: 10.4 ppg was third-best, 2.6 assists per game fourth-best, 1.5 steals per game third-best.10)
- Scored 12 points in 22 minutes of work versus Bryant (12/21).
- Tallied 14 & 5 in the win versus Fordham (2/3), and also stole three.
- Notched 10 & 4 at Richmond (2/23).
- Put up a 17-5-7 game versus Saint Joseph's in the A-10 Tournament (3/4). The seven assists were a new career high. Shot 7-9 from the floor, a career high .778.
- Tallied 11 pts, 3 boards, 2 steals, 2 blocks versus Saint Louis in the A-10 Quarters (3/5).
