Flint went 7-3 against his alma mater St. Joseph's.
Flint went 1-1 against Steve Lappas as coach of Villanova. Lappas went on to replace Flint as the next coach at UMass in 2001.
Flint went 1-0 against Drexel, where he would go on to coach after leaving UMass.

- Elected into SJU Basketball Hall of Fame in 1998.
- Hawks were 81-40 (.669) in his four seasons.
- Hawks went 5-3 against UMass during Bruiser's years as a player.
Senior season (1986-87)
- Led the A-10 in assists, averaging 6.1 per game.
- His 171 assists led the team, and are 9th-most in a season in Hawks history.9)
- Second on team, and ninth in the A-10 in scoring, averaging 14.6 points per game.
- A-10 Second Team selection.
- Won an A-10 Co-Player of the Week award.
- Led the team in 3-point shots made (55), free throw percentage (.792), steals (60), and minutes played (1,058).
Junior season (1985-86)
- 7th on the team in scoring at 4.1 ppg.
- Hawks won both the A-10 Regular Season and Tournament Championships.

Sophomore season (1984-85)
