Also if I saw NUMass I would either pronounce it N-YOU-Mass or NYOU-Mass - or it could be like NuMetal - But I don't think we want to be like NuMetal. Not that there is anything wrong with Korn or Limp Bizkit or any of the other NuMetal bands my angsty teen self enjoyed. Is Linkin Park considered Nu Metal too? they are good for me. Ok I'm back on NUMass.

Probably one of the most notable bands to come out of Western Mass. in the 2000s (nominated twice for a Grammy).

Clearly, it's time for a "NewMass" sweater patch. Set up a design competition with a couple of season tickets going to the winning designer. I would include some stylish hockey sticks forming the "W" and the "M".
