They lost one last year too, when spittle sniped Wiggens.

The sad reality of Garrison’s journey is the impression that UConn simply used him for profit. He wasn’t told he was a stop-gap until Williams returned, and assumed he’d have a chance to compete.

Instead, despite adding 10 pounds of muscle and keeping his grades high — he’s maintained a 3.0 GPA through three semesters — Calhoun’s reluctance to use him forced the sophomore out. The Huskies got what they wanted, interim help while a star was sidelined with legal troubles, then the use of Garrison’s scholarship two years later.

And in case you haven't noticed, our old buddy "Special Plans" Austrie says there's a 50-50 chance he's leaving UConn.

I love how this CT paper makes it sound like we have a history of ducking ConU, instead of the other way around.
For some reason schools that are close in proximity have a difficult time getting together on the court. For years, the University of Massachusetts never played either Boston College or UConn.

I didn't really take it that way, we're the ones who didn't play either of the other two for awhile, and they obviously played conference games against each other.

What struck me is the need for a press conference to announce a 3 game series between Fairfield and Big Deli U.

I have to take my morning crap in a little while....I think I'll call a press conference.
