Odds that more than 1 of them follow Verdi to Pitt?
K&J previously said Taylor, but would Mayo & Angelique?

Now down to 3 players (Steph, Williams and Ferguson). Leflar has a huge challenge to fill out this roster. For all the love he got on social media, it didn't translate into players staying.

Not that this is new info, but Bamford said today he made the formal offer within 48 hours.

I thought all the girls loved Leflar?

Wow, guess I was wrong. There's no loyalty anymore to anywhere. Guess the team wasn't so close after all

Maybe they are all punking us and there will be a joint announcement saying that they will all be back. (I wish)

If Leflar cannot retain some of the players from this years team, what was the hurry to fill the coaching vacancy

Nothing is set in stone on the transfers so I'm going to reserve judgement until the dust settles. A lot of this is knee jerk reaction by the players who feel their coach left them. I suspect some we'll have a change of heart when they realize the grass isn't greener!

Over the past what, seven seasons a lot of players have left the program. I can't think one who has made a difference on any new team, unlike many of the former male players who have left UMass. The teams for the past few seasons were really good as a team with Sam as the standout. Personally I don't think that they are as good individually and will have a difficult time in the transfer portal.

Ber’Nyah Mayo confirmed to St. John's

She had left the door open to come back, but that's now firmly closed.

Good for her, definitely a step up. I think Sydd to Pitt but I'm kind of at a loss as to where the others go. I don't see others making a leap up to a better conference. At best, perhaps they would go to a more established team in conference (URI? Thats where Haddox-Covington went from VCU). I'm thinking of White and Ang.

Sydd to Louisville. I was partially right, she goes to the ACC but thought she would go to Pitt. Louisville is better than Pitt

I’m kind of surprised that neither Mayo or Syd followed Verdi to Pitt

^ Pitt was 3-15 in their league. Maybe neither wanted to be part of a serious re-build.
