An Old Friend: Raheim Lamb
An Old Friend: Raheim Lamb
I was just reading in the Globe that the Commonwealth Coast's player of the week this week was none other than Raheim Lamb of Curry College. It seems like he played for us 10 years ago but I have no concept of time.

According to the Curry roster, Chops is a senior and captain on the team.

From the Commonwealth Coast Conference...
Lamb is shooting 62% from the floor on the season, which would be good for first in the league. Problem is, the league only counts the stats if you've played in 75% of your team's games. Lamb has played in 17 of Curry's 23, which is 73.9%. Doh!Lamb shot over 85 percent from the field in a 2-1 week for the Colonels, including a school-record 11-for-11 (most FGs made shooting 100 percent in a game) against Nichols… he averaged 22.0 points, 6.7 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.7 steals as Curry maintained a hold on 2nd place in the South Division…

Old Cage has it right though, doesn't matter how old he is, as long as he makes the most of college and walks out with a degree.
Chris Weinke was like 48 and still playing for Florida State
