Yep. Congrats Toledo for having a coach that understands modern basketball.
Tod Kowalczyk is due.. I’ll be rooting for Toledo in the MAC Championship

Great effort, but poor execution. Do agree they are tired and empty the tank yesterday. This and season stings, but remember the positive press and even being on Boston 5 yesterday.. Maybe making the MAC a 2 bid conference on our first year in the league, beating a ranked team and the atmosphere for the Tuesday night Miami regular season game.
Be proud of the present and look to the future.

We've taken 11 more Free Throws, meh.

Welp. Anyways Fire Bamford.
We went 11 for 21, they went 8 for 14. Can’t blame the refs today

I don't want to hear a word about who should coach, who stays, and who transfers out until we get a new athletic department. For the benefit of all sports, not just men's hoops.

Yeah, I wouldn't mind seeing them win it. Four straight MAC regular season titles and no tournament appearance, so maybe they finally get in this way.

Wonder why Leo, as a grad student, wasn't on the floor at the end of his last collegiate game. He had a very nice season
With Marcus struggling a little, I'm surprised Placide and K'Jei didnt get a little more time. Really needed an outside attack today

Oh well. It's ovah. Let the speculation begin. When does the portal open?

This is a team we beat by just 2 in the regular season, at home, on a Tuesday. Bunch of Rockets fans in the building for this one. Virtual home game.

And we had just come off a bad loss, with a sense of urgency.

And we were arguably gassed today a bit after pressuring ourselves to a win yesterday.

The refs were not the reason we lost. We just couldn't play good D tonight, plain and simple.

Portal is already open.

I don't think Frank is going anywhere. When I hear people say to fire him I wonder who they think we are going to get to replace him that is better.

We were not deep enough this year. Will be interesting to watch how things shake out. Fingers crossed, as always.

I’m fine with Frank getting another year but I want Bamford canned tomorrow. He cannot hire Franks replacement a year from now and I don’t want him overseeing the program heading into another football season.

Better in different ways.

We're staring at another season of heavy transfer portal activity, having to replace Bettiol, DHS, Banks, Placide, Brown, and maybe more. And as such, we're staring at another season of Frank talking about how there's no roster continuity year over year, bemoaning how things have become, etc.

A younger guy might not exactly embrace this modern state of college hoops, but he won't complain about it anywhere near as much.

I’m not saying they’re the reason the lost, just a few bad calls at key points that blunted UMass’ momentum.

The loss is definitely on UMass; like somebody posted, great effort poor execution.
