3 games ago, in a close loss to BU, he put up 34 points, including 4/5 from three. For the year he is 7/27 so if you take that 1 game out, he is 3/22 for the rest of the season. Let's hope he doesn't find that stroke again tonight.Juice Stand wrote: Wed Dec 03, 2025 6:22 am Look out for Robert Hinton. He takes a ton of shots and is very athletic. Doesn't shoot the 3 at a high percentage, so don't bite on the fake! He wants to pump fake and blow by his man to the hoop where he can convert and shoots 88% at the line. Last year he put up 9 points on 4-9 shooting against us as a freshman.

Up 15 at the half. Nice
Playing tough, moving the ball well, lot of guys contributing. Let's have a great 2nd half & bury them

With several of the guys shooting 3's decently I think that we are going to have a pretty decent team.

Wimbley is terrible, not sure what Frank sees in him at this stage.

I'll give Frank credit, he's got the team playing pretty well overall tonight.

Clerc's been serviceable, and Parker's hit some shots. Otherwise, our bench has been pretty unreliable. Not sure why the other guards haven't played.
Despite that, we've played well, but Harvard's starting to hit their threes. Gotta buckle down.

Disagree with the comments that we are playing well. Banks' 3-point shooting tonight has covered up for bad hoops. And now we're seeing that as Harvard starts to claw back.
Re: Game 8, 2025-26: Harvard (12/3)
Anybody notice Hinton just take 6 steps before dribbling???
Re: Game 8, 2025-26: Harvard (12/3)
Gave up 50 2nd half points and missed waaaay too many free throws.

Nice to see Carbuccia w 13 assists. When's the last time that happened? Still doesn't look like DHS has fully found his footing. Bench doesn't look reliable yet.
Not sure what to make of this team yet. Middling MAC team, or a bunch of guys who will dig in and outperform?
Relieved to get the W, anyway

There are times when we really have to make foul shots or we are not going to win close games.
Re: Game 8, 2025-26: Harvard (12/3)
Great 1st half and but then the 2nd half was a masterclass in how to try losing a game. DHS missing I think 5 straight FTs is mind blowing, he continues to be a huge disappointment.
Re: Game 8, 2025-26: Harvard (12/3)
Tommy Amaker is a good coach. They made adjustments & made it a game.
Free throws, free throws, free throws. Game was closer than it needed to be

Glad we won and Banks is the man!
Be proud of the present and look to the future.
