it was just a mechanical issue - don't believe it was too serious - hockey plays two games this weekend and they are on as scheduled

I'll be there, I think??? I have 2 season tickets, and I get paper tickets & a parking pass, not digital. I have not received my tickets yet, so Monday's mail is much anticipated.

I called the box office, and they told me that if the tickets didn't come by Monday to go to the box office and they will print my 2 tickets for me (and hopefully a parking pass). That's fine, but I have to figure out where to park so that I can get to the box office.

My question is, has anyone else who gets paper tickets not received them yet?

Getting back to the game discussion, the opening Vegas line has us favored by 4.5. ESPN has us favored by 7, according to their BPI formula. I'll take it!

Can't believe the season is starting already. 2025 has flown by

Be nice if we get a double digit win to light the wick on a great season

You can't be the only one in this situation. Just another tick in the box of incompetence for Bamford's administration. What a bummer, 69. I hope they arrive on time and if not, they should give you a credit for having to either pay out of pocket to park or waste one of your paid parking passes by parking in another lot.

I'll be there. Really looking forward to getting this season started and finally turning the page on last season.

Pre-season interview with the coach and one of the players. It's a pretty good scouting report on how they like to play, etc. The coach says most of the same things Frank talks about, he just does it a different way. BTW, Van Komen is 25 years old and is on his 4th DI school.

i was on campus this weekend for the hockey games. I chatted w/ Coach Martin Friday night at the game and actually was able to see some practice Saturday. They are excited about their group of guys and so am I. They are working hard and at the end of the day are doing their best. The current land scape of college basketball is tricky. Essentially reload every year and hope you can find continuity. Jayden and Daniel are the leaders and i love both of them for a lot of reasons. Mainly they stayed!!! After small crowds at the hockey this weekend i can only hope there is some way to get the students involved again. This would have been a perfect time to try out a student section more courtside. College sports is a powerful marketing tool. Its huge for the alumni to connect back to Umass. I have had my moments of frustration through out the years but im gonna just be supportive and positive moving forward. Ive connected w/ my friends about the program and other sports and just trying to create a buzz amongst us. Hopefully continue to build on the culture here and lead others to do the same. Excited for tonight and the season and watch this team GROW.

I'll be there with my +1 (aka the wife).
Section F.
"It's gonna be awesome, baby!"

Very curious to see how this parking situation works out. They're saying to come in through the back entrance (Cold Storage Dr.). Hopefully I can get into Lot 25 and don't get stuck in Lot 12.
