^ I agree. I like this hire. Young guy, experience, has won, and has local roots. Not gonna be easy, but if he puts together a solid staff, they should turn things around. Excited to see what type of players he picks up out of the portal. How many have left so far?

His buy out drops to one million in June (this upcoming June), so if an NFL a franchise decides to they want him it costs one million after June 1. Bill is for Bill. UNC gets to market him and increase the profile and investment of the school/program using Bill. He might stay for year to prove he still has “it”. But, he also may jump ship before the first season.
