It's for these student-athletes. It's been earmarked for them." Of course, Pitino probably spend all of his $1.5M on the student-athletes, right?

That place is right on Indian Creek CC which is a man made island in the inter coastal that was built for the golf course and a few mansions. The course is in my personal top 3, so if you have the money I highly recommend you take a look..
