Who would've thought when football was 0-6 in October that the future of the major athletic programs would be so bright? Really like what I see from football, MBB, and especially hockey. Good to hear about this win.

Nice to gt the points. I don't care whether 78 thinks Vermont is not good enough. Great to see the improvement in hustle and execution.

Those are the kind of teams we HAVE to beat.

Vermont might be having their worst season in more than five years, but look on the bright side: this is the first win against UVM since 2012-13.

UMass earned a huge tiebreaker this weekend to (hopefully) guarantee they won’t finish last. I agree there were issues in the game I watched Friday evening. Points in this league are awarded for wins, not style of wins.

Roughly nine of their last fourteen games are against teams with a better PWR. If UMass can go 0.500 down the stretch, I’ll be ecstatic. It’s been a pleasure to see this freshman class grow.
