We just offered this player for 2027. Seems like a bit of a stretch with the offers he has. Maybe Frank has a connection.

I've said it multiple times - just because we are in the MAC now Frank is not going to change the way he recruits. How's that saying go - you miss 100% of the shots you don't take? Worse he can say is NO!

Well, since there hasn't been a post in thread since Dec. 2025. I think our recruiting for 2027 is in "stealth mode". Look at the offers other MAC teams have made in the last week. We have none that were made public.

We have made an offer for 2027. Johson is a bit of an unknown. I think he had a growth spurt from 6'5 to 6'8 so his recruiting might pick up. He's from Worcester Academy, but I don't think he played when Hailey did.

We have made another offer (or maybe we now have guys who are posting the offers). Stetson Merritt, a SG from New Hampton School in NH. I think his offers will pick up with another NEPSAC year in the AAA division. He is the #3 rated player in NH by NERR. class of 2027.
I think these stats are from his soph year in high school. He transferred to Hew Hampton for his Jr. year.

is a great lead guard with elite vision. He is always looking to set his teammates up with easy buckets. He is a 3 level scorer. He has a great floater game after getting by the initial defender. He is a lockdown defender that gets a ton of steals.

This guy looks like the real deal. Same HS as Danny, just 2 years apart so I assume they know each other. If that's an edge, I'll take it. Also, he's Hispanic so maybe that gives Frank an edge. A lot of competition for him.

Another offer. This one to a 5'11 JuCo PG, Trae Lewis. Maybe he's a late bloomer or I'm missing something. His other offers are nothing special and his JuCo stats are mediocre.

Rivera has scheduled an official visit for 9/17. He also has a few other visits scheduled. I hope we can get him but he has lots of HM offers. I hope we have enough $$ to be competitive.
