Re: 2026 Recruiting
We also offered Isaac Ellis, a PG from North Carolina, this month
Re: 2026 Recruiting
Add another.
I think his father played for Eastern Michigan and then for about 10 years in Europe. A few MAC offers plus Duq and SBU. His father was a pretty good player.

Re: 2026 Recruiting
This isn't the first kid to be grateful for an offer from "UMass University".
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

I wonder if they have produced any swag for “UMass University “ ?
If memory serves, it was missing from the previous players’ school signing ceremony!

After a great conversation with Head Coach Frank I am Blessed to receive a Division 1 offer from Massachusetts!!#gominutemen
Frank doesn't usually make offers to guys he has zero chance of landing. This would be a stretch. He has 23 offers, some going back to 2023 but a lot from P4 schools.17 y/o 46’9 240 Forward
2026 at Berean Baptist Academy 3.9 GPA

Re: 2026 Recruiting
Could be a connection in there that gives Frank a shot at landing him. Hope so

Re: 2026 Recruiting
Frank's is all about connections, relationships and reputation. That is the ONLY reason we are in the mix (and with moderate success) many high-profile recruits and looks like it will continue in the MAC!
Re: 2026 Recruiting
Caldwell just got an offer from SBU. I wonder if the high majors have backed off him?

3 more offers this week:

Central Michigan is on a tear, they have 12 offers listed this week. Almost too many to make sense.

Re: 2026 Recruiting
^ Well, Floyd, that didn't last long. Maybe we give him a pass as he is the highest rated recruit of the last 4. 11 offers, including West Virginia and Seton Hall.
