That's definitely a good look for conference. Hopefully we can add to that record (positively) soon.

Wow, very impressive. Just getting to a bowl would be like hitting the lottery after watching this team the last 12 years.

I would imagine that you have ice-fishing caliber winter gear as I keep seeing Northeast Baseball parks in the bowl future😁

Interestingly enough, the lottery ticket would actually be just missing out on going to a bowl, and collecting the conference money from all the other teams that go bowling.

^ That tells me Quann didn’t go to our one Fenway Bowl. His 30 below gear would not have got it done.

LOL
Absolutely correct!! And that was after the imbibing at the gathering for season ticket holders .

And that game was November 11 ; not late December 😁
Research shows the low was 23 and the high was 37;
Memory would say that most if not all of the game was in the 23 neighborhood!

Have not said this to recently, but feel Ohio should be our rival, despite Buffalo being closer and pro sport. Just identify with them being good in both basketball and football. They have good basketball attendance and the Convocation Center seats 13,000. They are like us in a rural location and a chip on their shoulder with Ohio State as we do with Boston College. A number of MAC schools have declining enrollment, but Ohio had a few years of increases and fairly stable.
The last two years of enrollment gains follow years of decline that saw enrollment drop nearly 25 percent from its peak of 36,872 students in fall 2015.

The recent growth is driven in large part by large freshman classes at the Athens campus. Freshman enrollment set a record in fall 2022 at 4,441 students and then another record the following year at 4,517. This fall, the campus welcomed 4,345 first-year students.

Think after we battle them for a few years, a good rivalry could develop.

Some people I know that have visited there have said it's a nice campus. Ohio probably is a better comp compared to Buffalo. Hopefully we can develop a bit of a rivalry with both.
