We finally break the press. Banks has the ball in the back court with no defenders around him. We’re ready to waste time and get a foul call to go to the free throw line. But no, Frank decides to finally call a timeout at an abysmal moment just to tell Jayden to GTFO? That was beyond stupid.

How about use one of your timeouts to settle the team down, draw up an inbounds play, and take back control.

Great while it lasted. Too many missed layups, we still can’t defend against dribble penetration, and Frank doesn’t believe in using a TO to counter a run. Lights out shooting to start before reverting to Frank Martin era form. All in 16 minutes!

None of this really got corrected, but what a win. Wow. Pleasant surprise. I was wrong. Frank was right.
