That should have never disappeared. The hyping of the return in the emails for renewal is certainly an odd choice.
The most expensive STH option is the only STH option for general fans. You cannot sit here and compare that to the Faculty and Kids tiers. And I'm very confident that the cost savings of buying GA tickets and advanced parking for the games you can attend would very much outweigh the STH cost and benefit.Steve81 wrote: Tue Apr 07, 2026 9:10 pm Most people do not buy the most expensive reserved tickets. Faculty and young alumni Season tickets are $185. Very young kids Season tickets are $95. So the most expensive season tickets, not in discounted season ticket groups, are $200 or $35 per ticket for 4 FBS games and $30 for 2 FCS games.
The elasticity demand will not be affected by minor discounts or price increases. Since Covid, most things have increased 25 to 40%
I'm not concerned about some person on X posting. Season ticket pricing is about the same as individual GA tickets. The savings is going to less games and perhaps those end of year week day games. The savings are not huge since you loose season ticket benefits, but understand people doing what makes sense for them. I'm not concerned about his personal choices.
Finally: Of course you aren't concerned, you live in UMass Football fantasy land. That one guy posting on twitter is a bigger UMass Football fan/nutjob than you and I combined and he's bowing out of season tickets. That should give you some pause, but alas your response here suggests otherwise.
