I'm cutting Coach H all the slack in the world. I was overly optimistic heading into this season, and it's obvious to me now that it will take a long time to turn around the culture and bring in the right people (players and support staff). Losing that Buffalo game was emblematic of that.

He needs to win next year. Can not be sub .500 and lose to FCS. All the excuses of money coming late, paying the wrong players etc, are gone next year. It is all on him. He will be in cha of one of the highest if not the highest resourced team in the league. We were told we would compete this year, not just from Bamford, but from coach H. Mulligan year, yes. More slack not next year.

I'll reserve any opinion on Coach H because he was saddled with an awful OC, and the $$ he was promised wasn't there. Let's see what he does with the staff in the off-season and if he gets the cash to go out and fix the Oline and front 7. Agree with JSF... he gets the mulligan for this year because the AD is the worst in the country. But that's all he gets.
