Going out tomorrow I think. Didn’t get a parking pass this year and haven’t been out yet. If I park at either the lots by McGuirk or the lots up north of campus by the engineering department I should be good and it will be free, right?

^ Correct. Supposed to be snowy but it’s supposed to stop around 4.
Nice to be coming home looking for the sweep instead of hoping for a split!

You can get closer with the lot next to Boyden, the lots next to the Cage and Whitmore and the one across the street.
With the two near Whitmore , if you are heading south or west , it will be easier to get to Route 9.

The parking situation will have to have some flexibility since it’s a long weekend and school is not in session yet.
UM won’t be calling lots of people in on OT, so the parking that actually get plowed will be the paid lots for hockey and ????

I had forgotten just how young this team is…
After looking at the line-up sheet from last night’s game, I counted 7 freshmen. 7 sophomores, 6 juniors and 2 seniors.

From Noah Glickman - WMUA:
Coach Carvel on Mikey Deangelo’s injury:
“A lot of stitches… that’s all I know. He got hit in the head so we’ll have to see how serious it is.”

Really good chance upcoming. 7 very winnable games and a mini break. 5/7 would be great.

Vermont has been a bit of a thorn the last few years: 2 losses and a tie in the regular season last year (HE Tournament win for the good guys, though!); Win, loss and OT loss in 23-24; 2 ties with shootout wins in 22-23. The early tie and loss last year were part of why it took until the end of the year to secure the NCAA Tournament bid.
Would be very nice to take care of business this year. They are 9-12-0 on the season vs our 12-10.

Great goaltending by Hrabal! He had 42 saves and did not let up a goal.
