Talk about irony…how many times have they been up double digits with that much time left only to lose?
I'll take bizzarro UMass performances like this any day

Omg we were due. Finally! I have so enjoyed watching these guys all year long. They play hard and truly deserve this win.

So close to getting in my car and driving the 9 hours to Rocket Arena. If only I didn’t have to work tomorrow 👀
Go U!!!!!!

Great performance by the UMass squad today in Cleveland. Hopefully they can sustain that defensive intensity tomorrow. Leo is one tough kid in the paint. He looked unstoppable at times. I enjoyed seeing one of the UMass reserve players waving goodbye to the Miami fans as sort of a payback for Suder waving off the Ohio home court fans after winning a nail biter at their gym to remain undefeated during the regular season. I thought it was a bush league move by Suder and others at the time, but I liked our guy doing it today!

First of all I'm super happy for thw team. This game showed me 2 things... the way Miami was winning all year wasn't sustainable and the pressure on them was mounting.. Secondly, this game shows you just how much the UMass team underperformed this year. Thats the frustrating part. This team is much better than what the record shows and I really think coaching le these players down. Its a good group.

I think this is their first win over a ranked team since November, 2013 when they beat #19 Nebraska by about 15 points in the Charleston Classic.

No complaining allowed on a day like today. We wait all year, and sometimes multiple years for days like this and I am celebrating the biggest win in probably a decade if not longer, and most definitely the biggest win since Frank's been here. Very happy for the returners (DHS, Jayden, Luka) to get to have a moment like this. DHS came back from injury and looked very good, Jayden played like his shorts were on fire in the 2nd half, and Luka had some crucial contributions down the stretch.

So much to say about this one, but it's best to just soak it in and appreciate the big win. Can you believe that on selection Sunday, the graphic will list only us in Miami's loss column? Incredible.

Off the bench cold, wasn't a negative at all. Credit where credit is due!

I’ve been as critical as anyone, so let me tip my cap to FM. The team showed true grit today.

The foul call on the 3 was awful, for the record. The replay showed that DHS was not even close to the shooter, and the refs just reacted to the flailing.

Agree, that was a big-time blown call looking at the replay

Btw, did we not have a challenge? Someone on the bench needs an iPad to make quick gametime decisions, that's what the other staffs are doing now

A tremendous win today!
I was at game and did not see the foul call clearly on DHS as it was at the opposite game from where I sat.
Peter Sudor is a really annoying individual as he complains on EVERY call. A joke that he was voted player of the year as there were many others more deserving.
Also Bettiol not making 1st team is crazy. Along with Lyles of Akron they are easily the best big men in the conference.Need to win 2 more to make a significant impact on the program.
