I wish Varsity had worked for me so I could listen, but I will gladly take a 20pt win where we experimented with lots of different lineups.

Wish we could have seen it but the numbers and the game flow say a lot.

Banks 7 for 7 from the three!!! Danny 10 and 5.

Luka put up some nice rebound numbers in his minutes.

Excellent tuneup game.

I don't know how good Brown is or how good they will be, but they only had 7 players in double figure minutes. Maybe Brown played their best players or maybe the coach wanted to see more of his new guys, I don't know. We played 10 guys in double figure minutes and that's a good sign.

Obviously, Banks was the star as previously mentioned. Love the 2 point guards, Danny and Parker. 38 minutes, 10 points each, 8 assists and zero turnovers. If Danny can regularly shoot like this (I apologize for saying he can't shoot), we are loaded at PG. Combined 8/17 and 4/9 from 3.

Here's the box score in case anyone didn't see it:

Exciting stuff. It's starting to feel like basketball season. I have to remind myself that Malek Abdelgowad had what looked like a very good exhibition game against the PC Friars last year, and we all know how that turned out. I'm not going to make any judgements about this, just excited to see some basketball being played and even though I'll be "working", I'll try to tune in for the media day session tomorrow.

It's an exhibition, but certainly some things to be hopeful about. Looking forward to seeing how things play out in real games.

Not really for this thread, but Frank is scheduled to be a speaker at this week's Sports Luncheon. I'm sure Dee Dee Bee will send a notification out shortly. I hope Frank does speak as he should be in a pretty good mood.

Pretty sure, he had 11 points and 11 rebounds. I remember listening to the online radio stream while out in the yard raking leaves and thinking if he plays like that against a Big East team, we'll be in good shape at the center position.
