Good teams win even when they don’t play that well. UMass is a good team and showed incredible grit tonight. I hate the Merrimack rink. I think this is the first time I’ve ever seen a UMass victory there. Lindberg was really good tonight.

Two wins over Merrimack (home and away) is big for this program. We are still a young team. It's tough to win on the road in Hockey East no matter the opponent. I watched the game high lights for the game at Merrimack. Their rink (ice surface) appears to be smaller than the Bill's. I suppose players are used to playing on different size rinks, but the home team has an advantage. Be interested to see how we do at UNH.

Merrimack’s ice surface is ridiculously small. They take advantage of it and bang people around at home. We got outplayed last night and gutted out the win.

Where ridiculously small is NHL regulation size.
