Kosty was a wonderful guy and great dad. This is just terrible news. My condolences to his family.

The Big Fella was a hot shite for sure. Going to miss seeing him on the links and at whatever events we happened to be attending.

Wherever he is now I hope the greens are favorable and the shanks are few.

Man, does this suck. Great guy, great father and loved chatting with him, as well as arguing about the Oakland A's and some of the other pro teams he loved. I still remember when he took his young son to a hoops game versus BC and how happy both he and the kid were. Man, does this suck. God bless your soul, Kosty. Man, does this suck.

I got to know him via UMass hoops as well as when he'd trek out to the Bill. We each have family in the Toronto area so we'd joke with each other about that. He'd help this Yankee fan fend off Red Sox fans as well.

Met Kosty a few times at the Bill and laughed my ass off several times at the stuff he used to post here. Guy loved his UMass. Bless his family. He'll always be remembered here as part of this family. Rest in peace big man
