As a former basketball player @ UMass went up to Manchester to watch UMass hockey. Was impressed with the quality student athletes that UMass put on the ice. They represented the University with class and any time you beat Harvard in anything it’s a good thing. 2/3rds of the arena were UMass people nice seeing family’s walking up to the game in their UMass gear especially the young kids.
Was hoping ND would win so UMass can get more national attention with a win over ND. Great team to root for and it’s great that UMass is doing so well. Fun team to watch!

Talked to a couple of neighbors this morning and they are rooting for UMass. Some have lived in W MA and another has a grandson that is a senior and they are go to his graduation this spring.

Met another UM family whose Dad grew up .8 miles from me in Acton. 8 Year old was completely mesmerized by the game. 5 year old, needed Mom more, but not a whiner.

Watching on tv, sounds like its at the Bill. Crowd is awesome. All UMass from the crowd.
