Probably just a typo, but his last name is Erving.
Erving of course!!
I forgot football.
Attended most of the home games at McGuirk.
Got to see Greg Landry, and Milt Morin at BC. I won’t forget that game. It was pouring.
I’m pretty sure I saw them play Northeastern in Brookline (Kent Field).
The memory isn’t as good as it used to be!
Adding in a few memories from that time frame. I probably mentioned these in other posts, but bear with me. Going down to Amherst College for a few hockey games (home games for UMass). Sitting out in cold and rainy days at Alumni Stadium. Seeing Yogi in attendance to cheer on Timmy. Remembering excellent halftime performances by the Power and Class. My favorite halftime performance was a depiction of the sinking of the library in response to the study of the new library sinking, albeit not at the rate depicted by the marching band.

LOL! That is fantastic. There has to be some footage of this somewhere. Would love to see it!

Hell, that would be a great idea for them to do next year!

Think I'll make the trip and see if Aerosmith's van is in the Rock 'n Roll Hall of Fame.

^The Pickers found it in the woods in Chesterfield MA, rusting away. Bought it for $25K and sold it to Aerosmith for that price. Was restored.
Probably is in L.A..

The only place to eat out in Chesterfield is the General Store

Check the website...pizza looks pretty good.

New thread...who here has been to Chesterfield more than once.?

Other than SM & DD.

When I was a teenage, went swimming in Chesterfield Gorge. Now hear it is not allowed, but never ate there. When at UMass has some farmer chased us out as swimming in the Connecticut. To continue be chased, we'd swim across Kingsbury pond in Norfolk, knowing after the first time the police would be there, when we made it back across to make sure we left.

I'VE never been there, as far as I can recall, but my old man smoked 'em for about 60 years.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.
