Do we have enough $$ to get this guy to switch from left coast to right coast? I doubt it, but we can dream.
Answer: No, we do not. (The coach just cashed his paycheck!)
this is where the MAC and hte losing kills us. Kid probbaly ends up at a PAC12, MTW or A10 program. Guess who ain't in any of those conferences, no mo... Ryan Bamford's UMass!
I am predicting San Francisco or Santa Clara for Kyle Evans. I saw him play a couple seasons at Colorado State, just seems like his style of play.
Getting back into the MW at San Jose State wouldn't surprise me either. Or maybe even reuniting with Niko Medved at Minnesota.

I don’t know if he would come here but 6’6” Boston native Jaylen Harrell would bring Matt Cross qualities to UMass from the SG/SF position. He can shoot the three, get down hill/take contact and is tough defensively. Entered the portal today. Played for Carey Herer at CATS Academy.

Transferring from Central OK to UM
certainly would be a culture shock.
Anyone ever been to OK in the hot summertime?
I was in Ada once...104F & extremely humid& extremely
different people.

^ He played for Lamar in 2021-2022, then went on a missionary trip to Jamaica. I can't find any record of him playing again until the 2025-2026 season at Snow JC. His stats at Snow were good. See below (click on "Stats" and scroll down):

Sad to say, but the first report has come in. For me, he is the #1 guy I wanted to keep and there's a long way between him and # 2 or #3 (Danny, Jayden). I hope this Hailey kid is as good as we've been told.

Big Jelly (Lewis Walker) is in the portal after 1 year at NCA&T. I would love to have him back at the small forward spot. Check out his stats. It looks like he can play inside or out. 37% from 3 and he took 7 free throws a game at 86%. We're all wondering why he redshirted while he was here and what caused him to leave.

Should have got more minutes. His loss is a big one although not unexpected.
