Ford was easily the best one. He struggled year 1, recognized his own shortcomings and adjusted for 2 very solid seasons.

The difference from Ford and all the rest…. He adjusted.

Say all you want to defend DK…. He was not a good overall coach. The NCAAT was almost a fluke…. They shot out of the gate…. Everyone figured out how to slow them down and he made NO adjustments …. They were 8-8 in the second half of that season and got fucking obliterated in the tourney.

DK is a great guy he is not a great head coach…. Sorry he just isn’t.

DK could bring in talent but then wasn't able to use the talent.

He should be heavily involved in recruiting, but not coaching.

Had Ford stayed, he would have brought us to the NCAA.

He was a badly timed lockeroom flu away from doing so. But he was never staying, so it didn't really matter.

When it comes down to it, there's Cal and Jack. Then everyone else, and ranking everyone else is pointless.

Don't know about the reliability of this guy. Maybe someone can see if he has legit credentials or is just a rumor spreader.

Per 2 sources close to Gene Taylor, #KansasState will name UMass's Frank Martin the school's next head coach once the season concludes.

Although KSU is a solid 2-3 under interim HC Matthew Driscoll after an abysmal 1-11 start, Driscoll was not considered for the full-time job.

Two observations...Human nature dictates remorse for all the negative posts re Frank lately. And Frank seemed pretty relaxed in the presser following the latest win.

This would be the stupidest hire ever and FM burned his bridges there when he left. I don't see how in any universe this could happen.

^ I agree it's ludicrous and that' why I'm trying to figure out who this "reporter is" and how valid his contacts are. The current AD didn't start at K State until 5 years after Frank left, so maybe he knows Frank and is willing to ignore the prior bad blood.

K State has a president, not a chancellor, and he didn't start until 2022, so he wasn't there either.

We can dream, can't we? I was there last night and it was one of Frank's best games, but I have not forgotten about the first 30 this year and the 3 prior years.

^ getting offended by fans comments would seem to go against everything he preaches. I would think he's focused on preparing the team to win some games in the tourney

M626t, what does his relaxed manner mean to you? Hes mentally already gone or relieved that we got the win & qualified for the tourney?

To me it seemed that he was satisfied (for the most part) that the team played as he coached them to do for the first time in a while, and they earned the win because of it.

This guy is legit. He also just confirmed the rumor that Mikey, the kid from the Life cereal commercials, just passed away due to mixing seven bags of pop rocks and a Coke. RIP.
Retarded artistically. Idiotic in other respects.
