Has to be hard Pat. My contribution is small, but rock steady towards the Collective. Bruiser had a special help for team chemistry, physiologist perhaps. VCU went with some Navy seal stuff . But building team chemistry is even more important today with so many new players and transfer rules.
Be proud of the present and look to the future.

That's a good question indeed.

I don't know you harassing the collective and seriously asking if the collective can contribute to buy out the head coach??? Which brings me back to what are you on dude?

I understand the frustration and emotions behind those questions. Everyone wants to see better results and progress on the court.

That said, this type of discussion does not get us anywhere, nor is it within the mission or role of the Collective to publicly or privately play administrator, advocate for personnel decisions, or involve ourselves in coaching or administrative matters.

Our sole mission is to support the program by supporting the student athletes directly through NIL opportunities. That focus requires us to work constructively within the structure of the athletic department and coaching staff, not undermine their authority or credibility. Doing so would be counterproductive, outside our lane, and ultimately harmful to the very players we exist to support.

We are not in a position to call for removals, influence employment decisions, or participate in buyouts, nor would that be appropriate or productive even if we were. Our responsibility is to our members and to the athletes, not to institutional decision making.

We will continue to be honest about where things stand, continue to support the players, and continue to operate within the mission that the Collective was created to serve.
