Think he is here to help out with the WR. per inferences or may have actually said it on this mornings podcast. Been busy and have not had time to listen with full attention the whole podcast.Floyd wrote: Wed Oct 22, 2025 6:30 am Any way they could sneak Andy & Victor into a uniform to help out at WR?![]()

Re: Isabella!!!
I know this is a joke, but there are college hockey teams that have players this year who played ECHL and AHL games. It’s only a lawsuit away from players coming back from the NFL and being eligible.Floyd wrote: Wed Oct 22, 2025 6:30 am Any way they could sneak Andy & Victor into a uniform to help out at WR?![]()

Re: Isabella!!!
Former G-League (D-League?) players are now eligible to play NCAA basketball. The NCAA has become such a directionless, leaderless circus. Remind me, who's in charge over there?

London Johnson, a former four-star recruit who spent three years in the G League, committed to play at Louisville. His move came just weeks after Thierry Darlan, another G League veteran, was ruled eligible to join Santa Clara.
Re: Isabella!!!
So when do they just eliminate the school part of the scholarships? Wonder if there's any studies that have been done on the % of players that actually graduated in the past 5 yrs vs prior.

Re: Isabella!!!
Last year's NCAA report shows D1 graduation rate (GSR) remains at an all-time high, up 20% from 20 years ago. But it's something they're monitoring as the landscape changes.Floyd wrote: Wed Oct 22, 2025 3:37 pm So when do they just eliminate the school part of the scholarships? I found this slide particularly surprising. Figured GSR would be lower for sports with more transfer pressure, but doesn't show that way in the data. The Graduation Success Rate (GSR) is a calculation required by the NCAA for all Division I student-athletes. This rate was designed to approximate a true student-centered measure of graduation (the student graduated from any four-year college within the six-year window) by essentially passing likely transfers from one college’s cohort to another’s cohort. GSR calculations also deal better with circumstances such as mid-year college entry (such entrants are not included in the FGR).

Good info McKinney, but I'd like to see since free transfer rules vs prior % rates. Granted it may be too early yet to guage that tho
