Next game. Hoping for a W but likely another L on the march to 0-12.

Couldn't have said it better myself Insider! :D

I was encouraged by how the defense played overall so hopefully they can continue their progress this week.

Honestly watching the game yesterday I thought if AJ started and we ran it more (Hood and Price together avg 6 yards a carry) we would have had a shot. WMU is a better team, but not that much better, and they are the top half of the MAC.. Clean up the offense and the wins will come. This is a very winnable game because the D will keep it close.

This will be the official toilet bowl of the year for the Bottom 10 standings. 134 vs 136.

game 1 of a surprising, mystifying, earth shattering 4 game win streak, which may go to 5

I think Bottom 10 is calling this the pillow fight of the century. Kent State opens up at -3.5

Already down to -2.5 on a lot of sites... I think UMass gets it's first win.

This is THE only game Massey gives us positive odds of winning at 51% chance - and a score prediction of 28-27.

I can't see this offense putting up 28 points, but whatever....

Hopefully they stick with the run in this one. There have been multiple games where the backs have made progress and then they've abandoned the run game in the 2nd half. Against WMU, it was a close enough game that they didn't have to sling it all over the field.

The running stats from the WMU game don't look good on paper, but when you take out the QB's getting sacked and running for their lives (9 attempts, negative 33 yards) and just look at the running back stats, they had 90 yards on 20 attempts, good for 4.5 yards per rush. Stick with it!

NO! We're going AJ the first 4 minutes, Grant for the next 13 minutes, Brandon for the next 9 minutes, and then let's let AJ close it out. THIS IS UMASS FOOTBALL! STRATEGY BABY.... 0-12 it is
