Starting next season basketball and hockey STH will be charged $100 to park.

Seems excessive for a campus in the middle of nowhere. Does that get you closer parking to Mullins?

Re: Mullins Parking 25-26
Based on this year's schedules:
Basketball - 16 home games - $6.25/game to park
Hockey - 17 home games - less than $6/game to park
The excessive stuff from a parking perspective is on the football side... I'm not going to get into that here. But for Bball and Hockey, it's not bad at all from a per-game perspective.
EDIT: Hockey above does not include the HE Tournament home game, just the regular season games.

For Hoops, most of the lots are empty, like the stands. What's the logic there?

What are they going to do for people who just buy occasional tickets for these sports? Are they going to have someone in the lots checking passes or collecting money?

Not even sure how to reply to either of these posts.... Plus, my keyboard is malfunctioning because I spit my coffee on it.

Eldon, not even trying to be snarky with my comment. I just don't understand the logic. Crowds have been sparse all season so it's going to take a while to get fans re-engaged and interested enough to attend. Paying more to attend at this point seems counterproductive. Especially with STH. Maybe throw 'em a bone for their loyalty and let 'em park for free.

If there was ever one simple, easy way to illustrate the ineptitude of our AD and this School - this would be the one.Floyd wrote: Tue Mar 25, 2025 12:09 pm Eldon, not even trying to be snarky with my comment. By and large, nobody is or should be complaining about this because they are cheap, that is not the issue here. It is EXACTLY spelled out by Floyd's post. They must be working with the Bruin's people who are blowing up the team, expecting similar or worse results next year, and also increasing STH prices by 4%.

The flow of traffic into the parking lots was bad enough even without having to stop to pay attendants for parking !
Re: Mullins Parking 25-26
I'm assuming bottom dirt P lot is free for season ticket holders and in the day, where a lot of us parked anyhow.
Be proud of the present and look to the future.
