Might as well start thinking about how to revamp the roster. Here's one from close to home. He went for 22 against us this year. Also, he's 6'3 so I like the size.

^ It’s not baseball, but it might benefit UMass to approach this somewhat like moneyball. UMass has a limited pool of resources so it needs to allocate them wisely and efficiently. Find values where others don’t see it.

Since we had such a disappointing season, this part of the year (roster speculation) might be fun. Edit: He's from Illinois, so a perfect fit for the MAC.

saw this and my first reaction was - is this what we're doing now - lose a former 4 star recruit and replace him with a D2 kid?

The more I think about it though - Curry was no way a 4 star recruit and honestly not Franks type of guard. Frank likes bigger guards - not necessarily height wise but build - Keon, Worthy, Nate G - he likes them a little thicker - in my opinion Curry is an A-10 guard - if he tries to play in Big East or ACC, or any other P5 school - I think he struggles. If he was smart he'd transfer to another A-10 school - that's about his ceiling.

Brown seems like he can score - D2 or not - you average 21 per game, thats pretty damn good. Seems to have good size and shot decent from 3 point range.
