DAMMIT - this MASSIVE VICTORY did not move them back up above Kennesaw on Massey.

I would have preferred if Brown used some of his other QB's for part of the game. We are not going anywhere this year and he needs to make preparations for our first year in the MAC.

Why does DB care about UM’s first year in the MAC?

Stick to the school colors! The whole campus is adorned in maroon and the fans are in maroon and the team should be in maroon. This team hasn't earned the right to dictate to the rest of us what uniforms they prefer. Of course once in a while a different combo is fine, but just to do it willy-nilly like this season is just strange. Wearing black doesn't make the team a bunch of bad asses as we have seen on the field this season. Wagner ran it down Brown's defense throat in the 3rd.

Just wanted to add that the team looks like a bunch of rag bags getting off the buses for the walk. Most schools are all in the same uniform--warm up suits, suits. UMass players are in every form of warm-up suits. Total lack of discipline that is also shown on the field! Little things like that do matter for winning programs!

The Black Jersey w/maroon & white stripes and white pants are okay. 100% better than the dreadful all black or all maroon - The Maroon Jersey w/white pants is BY FAR the best uniform kit.

Good win yesterday - some good things to keep building on and improving. Obviously the personnel needs to be upgraded especially on the interior DL.

^ 💯. Not only do they look rag tag, they look like they could care less, some on phones, etc. no idea why the busses drop them off there, really weird spot. Should be a bit of a longer walk, IMO, so they pass by student tailgate as well. When the “tradition” started under Molnar, it was one thing he did well.

it seems like we're trying to copy what the "real" football schools do, in this case the Walk, but just haven't gotten it right. Not an outlier unfortunately.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

How was the tradition under Molnar, they walked through Patroit Place? He never played a game in Amherst.

I like wins, even against FCS schools.

They would walk in from the parking by the Pat's hall of fame into the stadium. It was actually cool.

It was a state trooper led ride into the lot by the Patriots Hall of Fame. They got off the bus with a tunnel of band, cheerleaders, fans, etc. it was much better than what they do now. There was a clear expectation that they were “looked prepared”. The band and cheerleaders should line the walk from the start, IMO.

Me too. Yet, most of the zealous FBS posse just loves to diminish such wins, denigrate the programs pre-FBS history, and, yet, somehow hang their hat on the promise
of conference that is not much above the same level. It perfectly helps reveal just how out of touch the FBS cosplayers are.
