Well a) he's not a student and him being there definitely makes students not want to sit in the student section and b) I've heard he's done some weird shit with cheerleaders

33% from the field and 16% from three on 25 attempts and we win by double digits. It was ugly but that's damn impressive for this program.

Onto Towson!

Welp we shot like shit, turned it over a bunch and still won pretty handily. I’ll take it. USF is not very good, especially offensively, but they were physical out there and we competed. We play really hard — several times we stopped what should have been fast break baskets with hustle and they never allowed USF back into it.

They aren’t all going to be Picasso’s. Sometimes it’s your kid’s finger painting that you have on your fridge. Those you love just as much as the Picasso, maybe even more.

(Ok maybe not on that last statement but still…)

Bruh, relax. He’s a really nice guy with autism who is a diehard UMass fan. Has never done anything wrong.

Well, this finger painting was either boogers or poop. That was the worst basketball game I've ever attended, no doubt. Nobody could throw a pea into the Grand Canyon

Probably banged up or something. Coach said he was having a hard time being away from home too.
Yikes. First I’m hearing about this. Feel for the kid but if this lingers that has huge ramifications for the rest of the year. I just figured they were using this prolonged break against weaker opponents to make sure he’s more healthy later on in the season, or even Hawaii.

People on Twitter say otherwise. And even if you're right, he can't sit someplace else? It has to be in our perpetually empty student section?

No more bitching about student attendance if so. Students would probably want the student section to be a student section.

I think this was a pretty darn solid win, despite the ugly shooting numbers.

We played very fast pace at times, and with underclassmen. Went hard after a more experienced team and came out on top.

Given how badly we shot the three and how much they were focused on Cohen and Cross, I thought this was a good example of winning ugly.

Worthy looked sharp at times, Njigue was fantastic, Davis and Curry are coming along.

Bring on Towson!!!

Coach said DHS really needed Thanksgiving to have family time and that he'd been dragging a bit due to adjustment issues. He's also been banged up all season. I don't think we have really begun to see what DHS, Curry and Davis are going to bring. Lot of talent in those three.

^ Agreed completely. It was ugly but I think it bodes well for the rest of the season. I think this team can compete for an A10 double bye if they stay healthy and continue to gel together.

Health is absolutely huge.

Interesting note about DHS, I hadn't heard that until now. Did you hear that that during the pregame radio interview?

Even though it was sloppy, there were a lot of positives in this game.
- We didn't back down and competed with a much older physical team
- Keon was the man when Cross and Cohen weren't getting anything in the first half. He's my star of the game
- Cohen is absolutely nutty. He makes a completely lucky shot, and then another, and then another. At some point it's not luck and you realize he just has an unbelievable touch for getting that thing to go in.
- Robert Davis still hasn't found his shot, but I thought he impacted the game in other ways and played well overall. Just have to get some of those shots to go down
- Ndjigue: He does it all. What a pleasure to watch.

First road game of the year at Towson up next. We'll see how this group handles the road.

I thought I saw you on TV…near the end of the game.
