Any else having an issue getting on https://umassathletics.com/ ? Get an error message everytime. Did they not pay their internet provider? Did Bamford block me for being critical of him.

I was on it today. Clear your cache and make sure you’re not trying to get to the old site that has cstv in the address. That happen to me before.

Thanks but still can't get on. Cleared everything and its the only site I can't get on! Bamford blocked me! I guess I should have donated during UMass Gives this year...

Tried both Chrome and Edge and get "Forbidden 403" each time.

I have not been able to get on the new version. I have talked to several people at UMass and several people that developed the new version. No one has been any help at all so I gave up trying.

I have no problem on my laptop but on my iPhone, the black circle that goes around ‘UMass’ on the intro screen freezes.

I don’t know to fix that. If any of you does, please let me know.

Only UMass Athletics would have a site that didn't work for everyone in 2023! No issue with any other website, on a less than a year old laptop. Every year gets worse in UMass Athletics with Bamford in charge. Now I did it, I'll never get on the site again!!!

Got on! Had to clear all data going back to the start of time on the laptop. Had to log out of my Google account at the same time for it finally work. This has only happened with UMass Athletics ....

umassathletics.com was easily accessible for me.

Unfortunately that meant that I could easily see that it hasn't been a good spring for UMass Athletics.

I have not been able to access the newly designed website on my computer since day one. I called two people in the athletic dept. for help. Both said that they would get back to me, but neither did. I gave up.

It’s likely an issue on your machine. DNS cache corruption, etc. the site works on my cpu, phone and tablet. I’ve never had issues. It isn’t a design issue of the site it is how your computer/server communicates or doesn’t with the address.

I got on without any issue. I have an old HP desktop but it is frequently "cleaned" of old files and junk.

DD............I know you are hating on Bam. He hired Bell aka Gomer/Molnar 2.0 etc BUT he also hired Carvel who brought us our ONLY Mens Div 1 national championship!!! Sorry 1998 1AA football (you were awesome but its not the absolute top level). Hey its not easy being Bamford.....i'm sure he ultimately wants a P5 AD gig...........

I think you're talking about UMass athletics as the old folks; some of us are very technology savvy. When this issue is only happening with the UMass site and them not responding to questions that they can't answer...
