Game 15, 2022-23: at GW (1/7)

First half. Lots of game left
I like the lineup of Noah, RJ, DD, Kante, and Tafara

Wow. What a sloppy half. They can’t throw it in the ocean. Frank needs to get things going at halftime.

Ok, we’ve had some bad halves this season already.
But that was THE worst one yet.

Looks like the kid with the whiteboard caught the wrath of Frank there in that timeout

Luis needs to play the entire 2nd half.
Noah’s ankle seems to be bothering him, his tempo is much slower and he’s a completely different PG today.
Someone needs to step up, and be a leader of discipline. The amount of dumb fouls is somehow not registering to this team.
We know how college basketball works; a comeback is definitely possible. But who will step up?

Take it to the damn hole in the 2nd half. Get to the line.

I was hoping they wouldn’t rush Noah back until he was 100% healthy but it doesn’t appear he is.

Shocked we are getting blown out. Gonna be a lot of tough games to watch as hopefully they grow
Re: Game 15, 2022-23: at GW (1/7)
GW is really trying to let UMass back in this game. UMass not interested in the offer

Interesting how limited Gapare's minutes were. Sick or just no time?

Frank Martin fucking sucks.
Re: Game 15, 2022-23: at GW (1/7)
Welp the tougher team won that game. That’s for sure. Too many empty possessions, defense wasn’t very good (I am guessing our non-3 pt fg % against in these first three conference games is pretty bad), huge ft disparity. Didn’t always love the lineups we had out there.
Certainly recognize that this is a work in progress and Wildens coming back at some point should help the defense — but this was discouraging.

Yikes. A little harsh? The guy is a pretty damn good coach and has the track record to back it up. I've been clear that I don't think Brandon should get more than 5-8 minutes per game, but that's really my only gripe so far.
