For that to happen:

Casula gone. Actual competent OC hired
an FBS level QB who can make a couple passes in the roster

then MAYBE we beat New Mexico and Merrimack

Watched DB's post game press conference and has me worried already for next season. I wish he was more of a Carvel/Martin and had some fire that he used to have! This program doesn't need a kindly grandfather right now...

When they hired DB I wasn't happy about trying to re-live 1996.

I think he was the best available, and I was excited about having a proven head coach, but some of his comments at post game have been discouraging. Hope this changes... we can't afford Whipple 3.0.

Yes the defense has improved immensely. And, DB needs to be blamed for offensive struggles, too.
