KAEO: Tre Mitchell
Re: KAEO: Tre Mitchell
Another alternative would be to not go into a thread with a player’s name in the title if you don’t want to talk about said player.

Here's a plan c: talk about players who are on the UMass roster.

Plans B and C are not incompatible.

Just read the Gazette article on Tre going to TX. I forgot, he's gonna have 3 yrs of eligibility. Not that he'll use it.

He certainly might, depending on how he develops.

Does this mean TJ Weeks has 4 years of eligibility left too? Redshirted year one, and if last years Covid year doesn't toll. So going into 2021-22 he'd be a redshirt freshman? Not that he'll stay at UMass for 6 years but if he did he could shatter all sorts of UMass records.

He might be a double secret freshman.

Re: KAEO: Tre Mitchell
I keep Excel stats on all kinds of things UMass basketball. I'm totally lost on what year everyone is: for example, TJ scored 147 points his first freshman year and 146 points his second freshman year. Is he getting a third freshman year? Or, in 2021-22, will he be playing in his first of two sophomore years? He may be 25 by his senior year. And is Fernandes repeating his sophomore year? Preston will be a sophomore. Does he get a second sophomore year after that? It's all so confusing.
