Very happy they interviewed Gicewicz and asked him about if he ever had a hat trick and it didn't just ruin it for him.

Top line has been crushing it so far this tournament for scoring.

Was that Gaudet with the assist on that 3rd goal? That was a phenominal move.

Team looks great. Tough to come back in less than 24 hrs and play like this. Really impressive

Team is just pounding the Beavers

Dominant win - only the small disappointment is how UM got 'too cute' in the 5 on 3 opportunity. Once again we owned the puck possession and Fili was sharp again. Nice to have a hot goalie as needed.

Wow - almost a 2-week layoff before Frozen Four.

I think I just watched one of the best all round hockey games played by a UMass team in history.
All due respect, and I mean that from the bottom of my heart, I'm gonna pass.

Penguins are able to have 15% capacity which is only 2800 fans. Going to be really tough to get tickets I think.

9-1 total versus two tournament teams! Who'da thunk it?

(and 17-1 if you add in the two years ago regional)

Bemidji HC Tom Serratore: “That was the best hockey team we’ve faced this year.”
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

Just goes to show what outstanding coaching can do.
A doormat in college hockey for almost all of the years in Division 1.
Now a college hockey power.
Congrats to all players and coaches!

Love it! One of the commentators (not Barry) said he thinks this is a more complete team than the Makar group two years ago.

Duluth up 2-0 in the 3rd period. We may get a title game rematch.

The exact same score as the two (2) games in Manchester, so that’s one (1) goal given up in the past four (4) NCAA Regional games...pretty good start to building a solid program!

They are up to 25% capacity now, NCAA actually opened up ticket sales to the frozen four priority folks when that happened.
