I think the Kellogg issue is BS. Don't you think that the NCAA would be investigating this shit by now, and if this was said to Kelsey that he would have reported this to the NCAA. I "HEARD" that Calipari is returning to UMASS to straighten out the BK program.
Honestly, I doubt anyone would admit to anything if this did happen. Whats happening now has nothing to do with what happened while DK was here. Why do people think its related?
Tre and Tony are gone, whatever. Lets retain as much as we can, fill in the holes, and move on and see what happens with the young guys

The tennis thing is slightly related it all came from McCall raising a question about concert tickets probably due to him being on high alert about potential infractions

If the assistant coach who happens to have coached a half dozen of the team's players in high school bolts with the best player and the others don't immediately follow him like the Pied Piper, it suggests, at least to me, he doesn't engender the loyalty in his players that many seem to believe he has.
Time will tell who leaves with him, but the longer this goes one, the worse Tony looks in my eyes.
As Tre's advisor, it seems like he used his greatest leverage on some power move and when I didn't work, took his toys and left.
We're on the same page here.

Lol, moron McCall self-reported a "violation" when a kid asked him for tickets to a FREE CONCERT.
Meanwhile they found the actual financial violations because some of his players had been kicked out of campus housing. Hmm, wonder why? Nobody bothers to ask, the tennis team provided the perfect distraction.

You can’t make this stuff up. The incompetence is unbelievable. At this point it looks like McCall and Bamford are getting paid $500k a year to wear maroon pants and tweet

They get paid a hell of a lot more than that, but yes, RB's best attribute is his tweeting. Too many syco-fans are blinded because he likes their tweets. Honestly, it's like junior high school girls getting all giddy because they got invited to a party at Suzie Rottencrotch's house while Betty and Veronica didn't. They forget that Suzie is a beeatch.

I don't understand what you're trying to insinuate here.

How is posting the true events "insinuation"? No one bothered to ask why the kids were kicked off campus, instead they focused on the (admittedly) ridiculous situation with the tennis team. It's pretty hard for an athlete to get kicked out of campus housing, the fact that multiple players were speaks to the type of program McCall and Bamford are running.

Since we're throwing out the facts, who got thrown out of housing?

See? Just like everyone else, and how the AD likes it, people focused on the punishment of a minor sport (tennis) and how stupid it was. Well go back and read the report: the "illegal" financial payments were made to students who live off campus. Scholarship money covers room and board, but since there was no room and board they get the equivalent stipend. This number was miscalculated and a small amount of extra money was given to some basketball and tennis players. The report specifically said the basketball players were living off-campus because they were booted from campus housing for violations.
Again the funniest part of the story is McCall started all of this because he was asked by a player to get tickets to a FREE concert. Just a complete dope.

Please correct me if I'm wrong here, but I thought the investigation involving tennis and basketball was focused on players that were here during DK's time, not McCall even though the investigation happened during McCall's tenure.

^ Who were the players, and when were they booted from campus housing?
Are we supposed to be really upset at McCall because he went overboard in trying to follow NCAA guidelines with the concert ticket incident?
