The answer is yes, Saint Joe’s is bad enough that a tight win would drop us in the rankings on sites like Kenpom. For the most part, they expect us to win by ~7 or 8, so anything less than that would mean we didn’t live up to where they had us. The real point, though, is who cares. Except for the fact that I put money on UMass -6.5, I’d take an OT win, buzzer-beater win, whatever - I just want to be 3-5 and feeling halfway decent about the season as opposed to the abysmal record we had last year.

Happy to be headed in the right direction, but I dare say this has to be the most anlaysis ever for a team ranked 160 in the RPI.
