Fell bad for him. He is really banged up and there are almost no weapons that will draw attention at this level. General public will see him struggle and pass it off as a competition level thing.

The NFL scouts already know what he's got. He would be a good fit for any team featuring the slot receiver (e.g. the Patriots). If he sees limited action Saturday, I don't think it's going to have a significant effect on his draft chances.

^ Whip said last Wednesday that five NFL teams have been in to see him at practice.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."

And that's good for other player's exposure as well. I.e. Barr, Young

Anyone going down for this one? I'm leaving tomorrow morning and driving down. I have family in the area so this will serve as a vacation as well. As far as the game, I will be in lot E-12 which if fairly close to Sanford Stadium. UMass tent and flag will be up and I'm sure I will be easy to spot. If you are in the area stop by. We'll have egg sandwiches and bloody marys in the morning and burgers. dogs, and brats in the afternoon before the game. My son works security at Sanford Stadium and he tells me lot E-12 opens at 5:00 am. My wife has a divorce lawyer on speed-dial if I try to wake her up for that, however our plan is to be there between 7-8. Stop by.

Haven't posted in a while, growing up kind of got in the way and been following more on Twitter.... BUT.....
I have a group of 8 going to the game a few of us are going up Friday night to relive some glory days as if we were back in college. We are staying right next to campus apparently walking distance to the bar scene/downtown area. I need to know where we should go and any places to avoid. Saturday we will be tailgate hopping since we will not have a vehicle and sitting in the UMASS section, so maybe i'll run into some of you regulars then.

As for the game I fully expect this to be a blowout, if it's within 21 i consider that a great performance. If they win I am rushing the field.

So again I ask who knows what about the bars in Athens? I'm looking for details folks!

Sam, I know nothing about the bars in Athens but one of my UMass buddies went on to get his graduate degree at UGA, and he said gamedays were an amazing time there.

I hope he don't start Comis. He is a senior and all done . We have no chance to win this game so Whip should use his other QB's that will be back next year and give them some game experience.
