Merrimack moving to NEC

Thought this was the best place to put this since we play the Warriors in hockey. While its hockey teams will stay in Hockey East, all other sports will move up to D1 in the NEC. NEC football is FCS. http://www.eagletribune.com/news/merrim ... ium=social

I like it. One step closer to Hockey East becoming an all conference sport.
UMass Football: 22-3 at home when I was a student.

Leave the A-10!

^One step closer. Not even close to the last step. But it’s a hell of a lot closer now than it was 10 years ago.

It makes Hockey East the second D-1 hockey conference to have members that are completely D-1 in all sports.
