I would like to see more of Baldwin. Every time I see him out there he impresses. I recognize that he and Deeky play different positions, but the should open up more minutes for him. Frankly I think he should have been playing more minutes as it is.

I second that.. move Berger to the 3 and play baldwin more at the 4... less 3 guard line-up.

A lot of teams play 3 guards which makes a tough matchup for Berger. Although I would think he'd defend it better than Flowers.

I agree, Get Berger and CB in there at the 3 and 4. Baldwin needs minutes

Tough break for DJ and the team. Hoping for him and the team he has a speedy recovery.
I would think someone of his talent and competitive nature will be back on the court as soon as he is available. Unless he runs into a problem with the healing process, I hope he is on the court immediately when available. Pipkins and DJ can lead this team pretty far in a down year in the A10.
Be interesting to see how the team plays without him against Harvard.

Is the stress fracture that common or are we just really good at them, Berger, Coleman, lalanne, jarreau.... And I am sure there were 1 or two more in the past few years.

Berger had an actual broken bone that required surgery so his situation is different then DJ. If in the right spot and right rehab I think DJ can be back in January but like other ppl have mentioned I am
Not going to assume that and expect the worst.

Missed another one, and I'm sure there are more.

From last season:

Malik Hines is expected to miss the rest of the season w/ a broken bone in his foot as the result of a stress fracture, Derek Kellogg said.

Oh, with cars it's the tires that meets the road. Could it be the sneakers, light weight but not as shock resistant.

A sharp Sports Management student would apply for a large federal grant to study both floors and footwear.

A doctor can chime in here if they want, but a stress fracture is a type of broken bone.

"A stress fracture is a break in a bone. Usually, it is a thin crack that develops over time because of repeated or prolonged forces against that bone. Bones where stress fractures often occur are those in the toes, foot, ankle, tibia or hip."
http://www.acfaom.org/information-for-p ... -fractures

What we don't know is the severity of Jarreau's stress fracture. CJ Anderson actually played though a stress fracture last year.

By my count, seems like we usually get 1-2 stress fractures a season, that can't be normal.

Lalanne 2011-12
Coleman 2013-14
Berger 2014-15
Hines 2015-16
Anderson 2015-16
Jarreau 2016-17

Didn't Gresham have one as well this summer? And what was Sampson cart's injury?
