I used to work at a sports wire service which had several sportsbooks as clients. From what I remember, teams from a number of small conferences (NEC, America East, SWAC, MEAC, Patriot to name a few) do not have lines for their games (exceptions being post-season, some early-season tournaments, or games against ranked or high-profile schools). If you look hard, you might still be able to find a line for this game somewhere, but most sites won't have it listed.Old Cage wrote:Wagner is the 7th smallest college in D1 with 2200 students. I'm guessing that the Vegas guys don't have enough history with Lowell or Wagner playing higher ranked D1 schools to establish a line.
Game 6, 2016-17: Wagner (11/30)

According to Matt V. in the Gazette this am, Baldwin can play.

UMatt is correct. Vegas does not make odds on the lower mid-major conferences, including America East and the Northeast. That's why there are no odds on Lowell and Wagner. I'm not sure where they draw the line, but they do make odds on the stronger mid-major conferences like the A10, MVC, CUSA, CAA and MAC. They even make odds on the Ivy League. The books are probably leery of taking action on teams they know little about. (Of course, they make odds on every game in the NCAA tournament no matter how low the seed.) Just as I write this, I see Providence is a 13-point favorite over AE member UNH, so I can't explain that other than maybe because it's a nationally televised game on Fox Sports 2.njumass08 wrote:Not listed on any of the gambling odds sites. Agree 100%. My understanding is that the lanyards will be distributed at the table where the t-shirts, posters, magnets, etc are given out in the next couple of weeks....although I don't recall the exact date.InnervisionsUMASS wrote:69 - the Flex plan is great and works smoothly. I love it. It's a fantastic benefit of being a STH.
I'm also 100% confident that the other benefits will be honored.

Is lanyard making now a college course?

Game is off the board, every Wagner game has been off the board this year.
FWIW Umass is 3-13-2 ATS in their last 18 home games and 1-7 ATS in their last 8 Wednesday games.

Coming with a group of about 20 students tonight. Expecting a crowd similar to Temple, but hoping for better.

The average attendance so far this year is 4,093... With the crappy weather I think the number will be less than 4K.
3,521 is my guess.

I'm a little confused by Wagner's center. Shouldn't that dude be wearing a kilt and doing the caber toss or hammer throw?
