Vegas is worried about UMass' length too.
Raise the bar, do the minimum.

Me + 3. Call us the die-hards. I'm really worried that this game could be very ugly.

Me +1. My friend wants to see VCU. Otherwise I would not go.

Is Zach Coleman now coaching the team? This paragraph reads like something straight out of The Onion...
http://www.masslive.com/umassbasketball ... iver_index"I know they have that Havoc thing and things like that," senior guard Trey Davis said. "But we talked about that yesterday and Zach (Coleman) told me they're not even going to be pressuring and things like that. They play more of a half-court trap and stuff like that. They're a good, solid team so we just have to be focused and try to come out and play hard."

It's going to be pretty tough for VCU to win by double digits in front of a rabid 2000 fans... The number will be closer to 4000 but about 2000 will be students getting the free shirt then leaving.69MG wrote:The early line is 9 or 9.5. I would have thought higher.

^ It's now up to 11. Should have made the bet at 9.

If they are giving away free t-shirts at the door does that mean no in game tshirt tossing? Please say yes?

After Rhody I thought we might get a second life and at least compete hard for 40 minutes. Richmond, however, was as bad as it gets. Hence why I'm really feeling quite worried that we could lose by 20+ tonight.
Still, I'd at least prefer if we didn't play much of Space and gave Jabari a chance to play 30+ minutes.

I'm guessing the North Reading - Lynnfield border battle boys' basketball game tonight will be a better take than this game. That's where I will be anyway -- 16-1 North Reading versus 13-3 Lynnfield.
