Looking ahead to 2014 season
When it's colder I have gone to the "sunny side" of the stadium for the second half of some games. Although warmer it is harder on they eyes if you're not wearing a hat with a visor. Having said that, it's Whipple's "program" now and nothing will happen without his approval. I'll trust that he knows what is best for getting to where they/we all want to go.
I'm keeping my seats beneath the press box. (At least I assume they'll still be under the new press box.) They're great in the rain. I know it's warmer on the sunny side, but it won't matter for the first game because it's in September, it won't matter for the second game because it's at night, and I won't be at the Black Friday game.

I talked to a local season ticket holder who called the box office to renew his tickets. He asked the person who took the call how many season ticket holders were keeping their seats on the press box side of the field and he was told 65%. Just remember unless a change is made the band does their half time show facing the press box.
Called the ticket office and can not believe that I forgot to mention the east side. Any how, order 2 sideline BC tickets for a friend and asked how they were going. She said that the BC game was selling well and actually most people are ordering club seats. Look for the club seats to sell-out early.
Be proud of the present and look to the future.
Good point to mention that single-game club-level tickets are for sale this season. Unless you were a season-ticket holder looking for some extras, that was not the case the last two seasons.Steve81 wrote:Called the ticket office and can not believe that I forgot to mention the east side. I wish I had consulted with you before making the call. I am switching, and now realize that it doesn't much matter about the temp. I also won't be at the final game. I wonder who will.DrG wrote:I know it's warmer on the sunny side, but it won't matter for the first game because it's in September, it won't matter for the second game because it's at night, and I won't be at the Black Friday game.
"Jack didn’t have any envy in him," Calipari said. "He was the greatest coach to ever coach here."
I'd like to also mention that Group tickets are now available as well for $10 each (minimum of 15). I called up the ticket office to confirm. I'm going to get a group of 20 or so (hopefully more!) down to the BC game. I encourage all of you to do the same. Let's make sure we take over Gillette that day!
^ Isenberg is doing a group rate for the BC game for $10 Sec 106. If you were a Isenberg student/ alumni you should get an email with the info.
